Good gains... over what period have you gained the 22? As above keep increasing your intake. Make sure you keep records of training diet etc to keep track of what works for you. Make sure your also looking at your training program and changing that up.

Totally agree with all that has been said. To add to it all make one of your training sessions the actual PFT... i have done this before and it works well prep for the PFT. As well as this mix up your training as stated in other posts. Remember for what your getting into its not all about physical.. its mental as well..…
