High fructose corn syrup? SOMEONE CALL POISON CONTROLLLLLL

I try to build little rewards into my meals to keep me going. Most of the time, I'll have a cookie I've baked at home with dinner or a little snack as a reward for a good work out. I still keep well within my caloric limits but I don't really need cheat days because I find that they make it really hard to stay consistent.

1. Calisthenics + HIIT. 2. Plan your meals and don't buy unhealthy snacks. 3. Don't overthink the whole thing. 4. Once you're up for it, invest in some basic free weights and/or kettlebells. 5. Structure is your friend. I work from home a lot and I find that if I can add structure to my day, I tend to be more productive…

This thread went from misguided to completely pointless. Why are we even arguing this anymore?

Zero calories on here does not mean that they don't have calories. It just means that at the serving size, the amount of calories we metabolize is pretty much insignificant. Calorie counting isn't precise for many reasons. I wouldn't sweat the small stuff.

I can buy that throwing off the balance between carbs and other macronutrients can make it harder to lose weight and may even impact the way our metabolism processes food but to suggest that losing weight isn't about calories is just really stupid.

I also just looked up their website and it just seems like a giant MLM scam much like Beachbody or Amway

There is no magic pill to fight "fat." You're wasting money chasing a silver bullet when the only thing proven to work is changing your diet, changing your physical activity level, and doing it consistently for a long time.

Since they're using it to support at least some of your weight, it definitely does reduce calorie burn.

I enjoy cooking most of my meals so I rarely "prep." I did, however, get ingredients on Saturday to make some amazing slow cooked meals.
