Potatoes every night... with eggs or chicken  potatoes are one of my safe foods.

Eat whatever you like, as long as you hit your macros and it fits in your calories. :)
-
Like I said, I was too shocked that she thought I could eat the whole thing to even take her seriously on the lazy comment. Haha  I think that went straight over my head.
-
Once a week. :) sometimes without thinking I would step on it, but I don't really "take in the numbers" at that point.
-
Usually in cases like these I take the nearest option on mfp regardless of the packaging. But I don't eat all my calories always, so I tend to have some cushioning incase I go over. Otherwise the above poster's idea is a good start.

Nah, I'll skip it this year. Haha. I don't have a valentine so it's just me buying for myself anyway.
-
You should know - no carb means you can only eat meat and oil basically.
-
Water water water. Plus extra exercise to work off extra food haha.
-
I am actually now craving a chicken mayo sandwich --
-
A whole chicken?? Hehehe
-
Yeah I didn't even realise that I should have been offended at that until after. I was just so shocked that she thought I could eat a whole chicken Lol :joy:
-

That depends... if you're like me - you'd have to take some Magnesium Hydroxide. Fibre makes me constipated. Lol
-
I guess I shouldn't be too surprised that it's a thing. I can't really eat big portions. Never could (I gained weight snacking on candy and drinking 8 glasses of juice/soda a day, go figure) That's one of the reasons I eat it, because it's higher in calories for a small portion.
-
You're awesome  **bows down in awe**
-
I would be able to finish one in a day, not in one meal though. I'd be sick :grimace:
-
Doesn't really matter to me. As long as I stay within my calories. I occasionally even skip a meal to do that. Mostly my breakfast and dinner tend to be the same size. Lunch is my biggest meal. But I don't plan that. It just falls that way.
-
Well I suppose if I were to eat chicken all day... I could finish it in a day hahaha
-
I actually think the extras save me in maintenance. Recently when I started weighing my food againI realised I seriously overestimate all my portions hahaha. I was wondering why I was so crankly until I realised I'm netting 800-900 calories instead of 1370.
-
Sounds like a great idea actually - I can't remember the last time I actually had dessert after a meal LOL. Those used to be Sunday tradition in my parents' house.
-
It's quite easy for me to maintain without logging, because I tend to eat the same things. I also know the calories of everything I eat, or I estimate pretty well. I kept doing the new habits I built, it's become second nature. And I have maintained my weight for 2 years this way, until recently when I decided to lose…

Chocolate milkshake  It was delish. I'm feeling alright craving wise at the moment. Maybe I was scared of nothing. Afternoons and evenings are my weak times though, so I need to make sure I keep myself busy from 4pm onwards.
-
Yes willpower is my weakness. I give in waaay too easy. But I also realise that the only way to improve it is to practice.
-
I've never been married, but I imagine I wouldn't like it. Besides the fact that I hate people touching me - I think I'd have too little time to workout hahaha
-
I walk for 2 hours a day and I only burn 300.
-
I have IBS and there are many sweets I can't eat. I'll have one serving a week, but it will still cause trouble for me. I know it will. So I'm taking medicine with me.
-
...wow, guess I now know where I get my digestive issues - I only drink ice cold water
-
Mine is not so much food wise. It's more of a mental obstacle. I give in to cravings waaay too easily. Need to work on willpower somehow.
-
I'll enjoy my double thick chocolate milkshake tomorrow thanks. Helps me hit my Fats that I'm always struggling with. Plus lots of calcium. Because you know, milk and ice cream.
