Cheese has sugar from milk lol ... well mine does...

Breakfast: 60g oats with almond milk and chia Lunch : 250g steak with 150g mixed vegetables with 15g cheese melted over Dinner: 100g rotisserie chicken thigh meat with 200g potato with 15g cheese melted over. I do eat exercise calories back though, so I eat closer to 1500. But I net 1280. Doesn't count? Okay.

Why?

Unless you plan on sticking to it for the rest of your life, you won't keep the weight off. You need to learn to eat correctly permanently. Not do some temporary diet. Thus, eat at a calorie deficit, eat the things you enjoy, just less of them.

I never import. I add everything myself from the beginning. I just don't trust other people's calculations hahaha

Haven't seen those bottles. I'm so used to drinking water plain by now. But when I want something really refreshing, I usually squeeze lemon juice in water, with a little bit of sweetener to taste. It's lemonade basically, just really low calorie. :) Cucumber and mint infused water also tastes nice.

Only exercise boosts metabolism - temporarily. Also, coconut oil in tea??? Eeuw.

This is interesting - I don't actually log in maintenance. And it's true that I pay a lot more attention to food when I log. I think about it much more than when I maintain. Maintenance is so natural for me, I don't need to think about food much because I know how much I can eat.

I just noticed my calories are already set to 0.5lb p/week loss... :/ and the confusion continues. I did already lose 2lb, might be water though. It's only been 2 weeks.
-
What you say is true - but I don't have them when I'm eating at maintenance. At all. (Well except when TOM visits of course, but even then they are vague) They seem a lot more frequent and stronger when I'm in a deficit.
-
Still set to MFP's default as far as I know.

It's been happening for the past 2 weeks since I started reducing calories. But it's been a lot stronger these past few days. I don't have that much self control with sweets, so I really prefer to buy single serve treats for myself, but I do have them when I can.
-
I gave in to the cravings tonight - but I had them yesterday too, and the day before. I'm scared that if I end up giving in to them, I'll wipe out my deficit all together. This makes me think about someone that told me cravings last only for 15 minutes...I can legit call BS on that now, because mine lasted 3 days. Haha…

I check everyday that I meet my macros, so nothing wrong there. Not TOM time either.
-
I've been tracking for 2 weeks about. I've lost weight with MFP before, so I do have lots of experience with logging and stuff, so I am pretty certain I log as accurately as possible. I'm 22, 5'2, female, 134lb (I lost 2 so far), my goal is 1370 a day, but I also eat exercise calories which puts it at 1500ish. I don't…

I remove mine with Magnesium Hydroxide. Especially when IBS gets bad. Lol

I get up at 6am, walk for an hour, do strength training for an hour, by that time it's 8am. Then I get ready. At 9 I'm at work. After work ends (6pm) I come home, walk for another hour, then eat dinner. Then do whatever needs to be done. Tomorrow, repeat. :)

My co workers comment on my eating habits DAILY. No matter how much I shut them up. I try to mostly just let it slide off my back.
-
I feel myself getting dumber just looking at it....

This might also be an idea. Train your tastebuds to enjoy the coffee. I drink milk and sweetener in normal coffee, but not in a high quality coffee. I drink 100% dark roast filter coffee black and bitter, because it doesn't taste right with the milk and sweetener.
-
If you don't want to change it, then log it first thing and work in everything else around it.
-
There's nothing wrong with sugar.
-
I second trying milk.

Close my ears and quack loudly?! OMG I'm gonna try that with my coworkers next time they try to tell me weight loss woo...
-
Seconded.
-
It's really immature of me. But I just can't help but be angry about it haha.

Yes, the gluten free fashion. This might just be me, but I find it so insulting that people who are healthy do it "just because". I feel like they're insinuating my illness doesn't exist. Lol But as you said - more recipes.

Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, fridge tarts, lemon meringue pie!, ice cream with caramel and chocolate pieces, chocolate, candybars - specifically candybars with a chocolate coating and nougat and caramel centre.... ugh...so many hahahahaha

I mean, I actually cried with delight 30 minutes ago when I had that truffle :joy: ...really, my eyes teared up -
