Mine doesn't really respond or get better with diet changes. I have to use meds all the time. its very frustrating.

I'm having issues with my IBS at the moment, and this guy TOM is also visiting me, so those could probably be the reasons for the bloat and lack of appetite.
-
South Africa. I just had a huge lunch... I'm wondering if I should have an afternoon nap... Lol :joy:
-
Calorie counting was my first and last. :)
-
Yes it is. Some of it although not all.

Aww he's beautiful.

Wow...I just....wow... **smacks head**

I just make sure I try my best to do better the next day. There are going to be bad and good days, how you deal with the bad ones is what matters. I can easily throw up my hands in the air and quit, but then I won't reach my goal ever. Or I can get back on track the next day, and my goal might just be delayed by a little…

I also have trouble sleeping. But that's because my legs ache at night from doing a huge bunch of exercise. Usually when I start lowering calories, I also have insomnia for a few weeks and after my body gets used to it I sleep like a baby again. It might just because you changed your diet?

I do take in probiotics through food, yoghurt mostly. Every day. As far as trigger foods go, well, that's about everything I eat except for a small hand full of really bland foods unfortunately. So I decided rather than limit the foods I eat to that extent I'd rather take medicine to keep things going. The medicine doesn't…

I would suggest you eat half of your exercise calories back. That should be okay. I don't walk at a slow pace, I walk at a moderate pace yet i log it as slow, calorie burn is spot on when i do that. Don't feel too bad about the drinks, just get back on track as best you can. Remember that those days will happen after…

I noticed that I tend to go by my appetite. My goal is 1370, and I exercise daily on top of that so about 1670 total that I should eat. If I'm hungry enough I eat all of them. When I'm not that hungry I just eat the minimum 1200.

I make my own "junk food". I know exactly what goes in it, which makes experimentation easy and eases my periodic germ-phobia, and it's usually half the calories than restaurant versions.
-
I had seed bread with 2 eggs, cheese and roasted red pepper sauce. And one separate slice of bread with strawberry fruit spread.

Today went really well IMO. I worked out twice as much as I normally do, that's part of a new challenge I have set for myself. I want to improve more on my fitness. My legs are really fatigued now, so stretching. Lots of stretching! I also stayed within my calorie goal which is a huge bonus since I've not been doing so…

I wish they worked for me.... I have chronic constipation. All that still works for me is Milk of Magnesia. :/
-
LOL :joy:
-
Yeah. And milk of magnesia. (Laxative, flushes you out like nothing else.) I have to take it sometimes for my IBS.
-
Yes. I've had some body dysmorphia while losing the first time around (I saw myself fatter than I was) .. so this time I'm going to take progress pictures because I think that will make me see things more clearly than the mirror

You should google USDA food database. They are very accurate.

Weight loss - only a calorie deficit helps for that. Heart health - Cardio Amino acids - meat Antioxidants - berries and green tea and dark chocolate Blood sugar levels - protein and fat Bad cholesterol - yeah, well, don't eat it. Pain - painkillers. No apple cider needed. :grimace:

I wish my cats would walk with me...but they would probably keel over from exhaustion
-
I guess I'm so captivated by everything going on in my imagination when I walk that I don't notice the street anymore.
-
I'm pretty proud of my walking today. I walked 156minutes. (That I could remember and log, probably more than that.) It's a life saver. I overate today, and I pretty much walked myself from a few hundred calories over maintenance back into a deficit.
-
I could I suppose.
-
Guard against the weird walking lady :joy:
-
Ah well weird is good for my weight loss

Walking where I live would definitely burn off a few pounds on some people here. My street for example is nothing like the streets you have in the city. It's 2 miles long! Rural area. A single street. So yeah, I walk up and down it quite a few times. About 6 miles intentional walking. The rest of the time is mindless pacing

No I can't fix it. Everything I eat triggers my ibs except for a handful of very bland foods. So I take medication to ease the symptoms. It doesn't really help the bloating though. IBS is irritable bowel syndrome. I've had it since I was like, 8 years old?
