Chicken cutlets, egg wash coat with little almond flour and lots of parmesan cheese. Baked broccoli, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and parmesan. Side salad, ranch dressing :wink: Keto Connect has a great bread recipe. One carb per slice. I make a loaf every week.

I just started. I stop eating by 8pm. Don't eat again until lunch the next day. Coffee in the morning gets me to lunch without even thinking about it.

I just read an article (wish I remember where it was) that said you shouldn't stay on a keto diet for more than 4 to 6 months at a time. I haven't tried protein bars, but I do carry around a boiled egg for a snack. I even tried taking a link of turkey sausage for a snack too. I recently heard of phat fudge from the paleochef. I'm tempted to give that a try.

I did too much research on which multi to get. Decided whole food (not the store) instead of a synthetic multi was best. The jury is out on if I can keep up the twice a day regimen but it seems to have done the trick. Thanks Knit, so far I am so low on my sugars, and the fat is so high on the cream that a couple extra carbs mean nothing. I'm still under 20 carbs every day. Hi folks, so what are your go to meals? For me, eggs rules at breakfast. Creamed Spinach and burgers are quick and easy. Lots of salad and chicken. The big indulgence on my list is sugar free jello and fresh whipped cream. I'm looking for tasty ideas!

I started 2017 with the same goal. I am a tennis player, and I just cant move like I want to. 50lbs is the goal for me. I'm down 6lbs and cutting out as much sugar and carbs as I can. This web site is key to keep track of it. I'm with ya buddy!
