LOL yea protein bars are def convenient. I've been addicted to the power crunch bars but recently I've found this easy recipe (link below) and changed my life. Completely zero carbs would be just meat. I occasionally make lean ground turkey with onion meatballs to snack on. But veggies has carbs as well but very minimal.

I've tried Insanity and it's a tough program. I would incorporate some weight training in addition to the program but I ensured that my diet was tailored for the increased exercise.
