Unfortunately, I can't eat meat at all. It makes me sick to my stomach (no, not the thought of what's happening to the animals... it simply doesn't agree with me). It's a struggle to get enough protein some days without supplementing.

I'm seeing the same thing... I did a 435-calorie-burn workout this morning and it's showing 1435 on the main page in the browser. The correct numbers are displayed on my food and workout diaries, though.

If cost is a factor, this may not be a viable option. I'm a PF black card member and nothing else in my community can compete on cost, not to mention convenience (none of the others are open ane staffed 24 hours).

I think you're right - they must've changed something. They're sickeningly sweet and taste like chemicals. Nasty!

Look for some exercises to strengthen your glutes.

Excellent... My wife and I have a variation that goes something like this: "you wanna feel good about yourself? Go accomplish something." Now why doesn't my 14-year old daughter appreciate that statement as much as we do, I wonder...

This is exactly what I was going to say. I can't stand super-over-sweetened stuff like that any more.
-
This, definitely!

You're all welcome to add me, too, especially if you're a 40-ish year old dad and/or vegetarian like me.

I use it because I can't stand the taste of milk, and I like the fact that it has fewer calories. The flavor is good when added to smoothies, too.

Well done! I sometimes struggle to reach 10k, even on days when I run. So I need to find more excuses to leave my desk during the work day!

I love my New Balance 860v6. I bought them at a local running shop and the salesperson selected them to help with my tendency to overpronate. They're the lightest stability shoe I've tried so far.

Hello from Macomb County! I'm a vegetarian and work out 5 times a week at the local PF. But I'm not equestrian ;)

Congratulations, @Nbrozak!

Welcome, @shadiisshac! My goals: lose about 5 more pounds and increase my endurance such that I can run 5K (and eventually beyond) without wanting to die. How I stay motivated: when I'm diligent about logging food and consistent in my workout routine, I get results. People are starting to compliment me on my progress, and…

A piece of my son's Cookie Crisp cereal.

Eat what you're craving, but a smaller portion than you'd normally do.

I lost two days worth of data about a week ago.

Just curious... What level of fat intake qualifies as low? I'm vegetarian and rarely exceed my fat target, but I suspect HCLF is even lower than that.

Quaker Cinnamon Oatmeal Squares (cold cereal) with unsweetened almond milk. Fortified cereals are my most consistent source of iron.

Exhaustion. I don't get enough sleep, which leads to poor workout performance (or even skipped workouts) and lack of meal prep.

I welcome new connections on Garmin Connect, too (rakowskidp).

I like it, too. Unfortunately, it doesn't like me...
-
Same here. There's very little variety in my diet but it works for me!
-
@its_mal right on! I've just had a few discussions here about macro targets. I don't watch fats or carbs very closely, but somehow seem to hit those targets anyways. Funny how that works out!

5'6", started 173 lbs., currently at 150. I'd like to get down to 145 to make it easier on my knees while running and playing soccer.

Engineer. I sit way, way, way too much.

I'm vegetarian and have to watch my protein intake very carefully. Other than that, it's just CICO - making sure I consume fewer calories than I burn. The dad in me LOVES that you're motivated to set a good example for your daughter!
-
Vegetarian omelette (tomato, broccoli, onion, green pepper, no cheese), buttered whole wheat toast, hash browns.

That's great news, and I'm glad it worked out for you! I think this has been the most surprising aspect of my diet - I just don't like those high-fat, high-sugar foods as much as I did before!
