Hi Sixpack - feeling sad that this is the last week, I've had so much fun and really enjoyed seeing the places we have visited. So for my challenges this it has been difficult to choose. I loved the dancing videos but will be finding it difficult to do these at home as hubby will be around (definitely does not want to see…

I attempted challenge 2 today - that was a laugh! PST of it was ok and the stretching did make me feel good. However, there is no way I can balance on my feet crouched right down with bent knees like Jessica does - she doesn't wobble at all ! My knees are far too damaged to even try and attempt such a move. I did most of…

Challenge 1 complete. I also did both videos - I started with the second one first, which with my dodgy knees was a bit difficult with all the twisting. The slower video suited me better, but both were fun. I'm so glad I only do in my lounge with no-one watching as I certainly do not look 'cool' ha ha

Challenge #3 Thyme. We had a regular dish, pasta bolognese. We always add oregano and basil but on this occasion we left those herbs out and just added thyme. The taste was not as strong as basil but certainly didn't detract from the dish. Maybe next time I will add all three herbs to see if they complement each other

Challenge 3 complete. I gave up chocolate - in fact I have given up chocolate for all of March so still feeling very positive - maybe in three weeks time I might need some extra encouragement!
-
Challenge 2 completed. I did the beginners workout, but modified some of the moves as I have twinged my back and have reduced mobility. I have entered the 10 points but if it is felt that it shouldn't be granted I fully understand.

Woo hoo Mo great to see you are on board. It is a little overwhelming to start with but feel free to ask any questions - everyone is so helpful and will give support and answers/advice when you want it
-
@scrapbookingtm So sorry - must have been me adding those minutes on Wednesday as I am the name above you, and I remember going in afterwards and wondering why my minutes were not showing!
-
@Tiffany7711 - that must have been amazing watching the start of the Iditarod - lucky you. The giving up chocolate is good so far - I think it's the fact that I know I have to do this for the whole of March so therefore not thinking about when I can have some as it's too far away!

Challenge #1 I did the 5k frostbite footrace today. I walked one of the walking routes I used to do with Bruno, which starts with a steady climb, so is always nice on the return journey. It was a dry, cloudy but bright morning and was nice to do outside as I had just completed a 50 minute step class at the gym.…

My daughter gave up coke and she was a big drinker of it. the first few days she had a headache but now feels so much better for it.

Mine is chocolate too - in fact I am giving up chocolate for the whole of March

@BeLLe_60 the name of the challenge is The Great last Race - I don't think our challenge finishes until March 19th (or I hope not!) Wow I say this every week but..... this week's challenge looks amazing! Those little doggies are awesome and looking forward to watching those videos later. How lucky @hawkins410 has been to…

I find drinking water no problem, especially when I am in the office. Weekends I have to be more disciplined and if for any reason I haven't drunk my quota I really feel sluggish.
-
Today has been videos and set challenge workouts. Phew there was I thinking the chair challenge would be nice and easy, who was I kidding! T was nice to see the modified movements on the pop sugar video - they certainly helped me.
-
Vicky so sorry for your news, my prayers are with you and your family at this terrible time. Don't feel you are on your own, your friends here are with you all the way
-
Gutted - find it so frustrating that mid week we jump to 3rd but always at the end we drop. Still we must feel pleased in our own achievements - well done sixpack!
-
Lovely day - perfect for a walk with memories. This was one of Bruno's favourite places
-
Challenge 3 - I tried cauliflower. I'm not very good with vegetables and only like a few but thought if I tried cauliflower cheese I might be able to convert myself (I love cheese!). But no, it didn't work - the smell of the cauliflower was enough to put me off, but I still tried to eat it - will definitely not be having…

Decided to opt for the music videos for challenge 1 - done them once through so far, another two times each to go! Left foot reflexology done - very nice, right foot can't wait ha ha.

@jdelaroy hope you re ok - you know that the sixpackers are behind you and wish you a speedy recovery

First chance I have had to pop in and look at this week's destination - so thrilled! I was lucky enough to visit Thailand way back in 1999 on a workplace incentive - a few days in S Thailand at Pattaya, a couple of days on Bangkok and a week in N Thailand just outside of Chiang Rai at Chiang Mai - and I loved every minute…

Hi Sixpackers What a great challenge this week and as usual the information put together by our leaders is fantastic - I must put a visit here on my bucket list! Challenge 1 - steps for Monday 210/1332 lots of footsteps but not much climbing!) Challenge 3 - this could be tough as it is my son's and my birthday this week,…
