  • Is anyone else having a problem in loading the spreadsheet - every time I try I get a message saying oops something has gone wrong?????
  • :) I so enjoyed those promotional videos I did them again today - the scenery is breathtaking and the accompanying music is so relaxing I'm only going to count 15 minutes today as I kept stopping to see the beautiful shots lol. As you can gather I'm quite stubborn so decided to give a few squats a go - and yes, I did 30 -…
  • I know how you feel ! How lucky you are @scrapbookingtm to have so much at your fingertips! I work full time in an office four days a week and a husband who is not happy if I'm out when he is in (and he is a couch potato!) - so I cram what I can in straight after work and some at weekends if he is working. I believe…
  • 20 minutes watching videos although movement not too much jiggling plus 10 minutes gentle stretch. Sorry but been advised not to do squats due to injury but hopefully will be on the mend in another week :/
  • How amazing are these weekly challenges! The pictures and general information provided for each destination are mind-blowing - thank you so much to those responsible for such research and dedication. It's wonderful to be given such insight to these beautiful places and I find the threads very motivating - I have never been…
  • Have logged 30 minutes exercising - but this was slow walking. I did actually walk for about an hour but because of my injury I was walking very slow and therefore feel it's only fair to log it as 30 minutes, but it all helps!
  • Well, steps down albeit the last 100 very slowly due to injury (will not let it beat me lol) and had a good week foodwise and no snacking after 10pm at all - very pleased with myself!
  • Doing well on the no late night snacking - in fact because of injury yesterday didn't feel like eating anything! Stairs 608/770 - going up slowly but will definitely get there!
  • Videos done this morning - what great fun, there's nothing better than prancing around the lounge without an audience, Only trouble is, playing badminton with my granddaughter this afternoon I have seriously pulled my glute and hamstring and boy does it hurt! Not sure I shall be travelling too much more this week -…
  • Steps/stairs so far 510/770
  • Stop it you lot - I was 23 and married :D
  • At the end of Monday 162/770
  • Hello Team - I'm so excited to have joined this amazing race and I have so many questions that I will PM Jackie with a list to put me straight. So I would like to introduce myself to those of you who haven't met me in other challenges - my name is Rita, 64 years young, married to Malc with a son and daughter who have given…
  • Just a quick note from one on the wait list - happy to join Team 5 or 6 as I have friends in both lol
  • What a shame - still I shall just have to wait, no doubt I will hear at some point - let's hope I don't miss anything as I'm not that techy with these things lol
  • Not sure I have made this - @rusgolden posted on mfp invitations to join team 5, however I was away for the weekend with very little internet connection and now think I am too late. Do I need to add my name to the wait list now?
  • Aaaah - that explains it, don't know why but men seem to be able to lose weight a lot easier when they put their mind to it - that's my thoughts anyway - well done it's still a great achievement. I have a sedentary desk job, find gym workouts boring (but love exercise classes and do three/four a week) and have an old, old…
  • @sgt1372 wow that's impressive - tell me please, are you male or female?
  • Hi I'm 64, have struggled with weight for as long as I can remember and very much a yo-yo dieter. Only this time it will be different. I plan to stay focussed but not beat myself up if I slide now and again - that's what life is about. Once in the twilight years it is much harder to lose that extra weight and it goes much…

  • @vs_shine I think I saw some comment from the creator asking for someone to take over the group because she had a new Kobe and wouldn't have the time to run it
  • Hi I noticed the group had suddenly disappeared and thought that was it, but if you are still posting then that's good, we can keep it going ourselves

  • Sounds just like me - you cannot afford to take your finger off the button as those pounds just creep right back on. 1'm 64, lost 30lbs with mfp and last year put back on 20 of them. so here we go again.....
  • Hi I'm 64 from the UK and know where you are coming from - for years I have been trying to lose those extra pounds - happy if you wish to send me a friend request
