I got about 2 hours in walking but didn't turn on my tracker (ooops). Yesterday I really shocked myself. I walked 52 minutes and did more than 14500 steps! I was so proud.

I am not sure if I told you already but I am at 304 and my weigh day is on the 30or the 31 of every month.

I didn't do any walking today because for one I missed working out this morning, two the weather is bad and three I don't know what I did to my foot yesterday but its been hurting all day. I am going for it tomorrow though
