I need 3,400 for gain. I set my activity level to 'very active' since there is no option to gain more than 1lb a week.

I put on 20 pounds in my first two months. Had to take a break from food, but when I get back from vacation I intend to put on another 20. I started out underweight, now I'm on the lower end of normal. I want to get to the higher end and then cut a little.

Set short term goals. Read forums and articles. Find a friend to join you. Avoid distractions. Those are the best things I can recommend to you.

Thanks for your feedback. A clean bulk would entail a surplus of strictly lean, healthy foods correct? Unfortunately, I get sick of chicken and veg and rice really quick.
