I call it a treat meal. I log it and it usually does throw off my macros a bit. I am pretty clean and on point during the week otherwise. I'm in the process of losing a good bit of weight too. Having a treat meal helps keeps me on point the rest of the time.

So trying to leave the house this afternoon. Tiny terror is packed and ready to go. Heading out the door, turn to lock the door, and he runs and jumps in his pool... Fully clothed. At first I was pissed, but then I just laughed my head off. Back to step 1.

I'm a nurse. I work 3-4 12's a week. 7p-7a. I usually meal prep for the week on Saturdays. Keep shakes and protein bars handy. I work out any day I'm not working. Usually in the evening. MFP helps keep me accountable for what I'm eating.
