Wowza! How does he get it all in!? When I spoke to my trainer about weight lifting/ bodybuilding he said the diet is very hard. He gave me a brief description and it does in fact sounds like a lot to eat and not very tasty.

Thank you Michelle. I have to admit, Those numbers on the scale can certainly do a number on me. I’m learning to not let this phase me but it’s hard. I’ve been doing some intense workout usually 2 hours 6 times a week. I do 30 min cardio and about 1.5 hours strength everyday with one rest and recovery day.

Hey team, I printed out my workouts as I am sharing them with my GF and I thought I would share what I am doing on here. I always start off with 30 min cardio, then one of the 4 strength training workouts, then I finish with 10-15 minutes of abs. I always alternate the ab exercises.

Anything easy to grab like chips. Once I start I can’t stop. Doritos in particular. And then this kind of snacking makes me want to have a drink or too which just adds empty calories to my day. The only way I can manage them is to not buy them. Once a bag is open, it’s over.
