I would be semi annoyed if someone was talking on the phone near me at the gym most likely. However I wouldn't say anything, I would just either move or try to ignore it and hope it's not someone I run into on the phone every day.

I want sleep so badly... altho not badly enough I guess

The weirdest part to me is def the delusions people have about calories. Mainly people have no idea how many calories are in things unless they're counting calories (And even then sometimes they don't know). Also no one seems to know how many calories people should be eating. One of my friends was convinced that I…

Proud of you! I don't know if I've commented on your thread before but I know I def read it before and I've been rooting for you!

Side note: There's also a really good thread about depression. I don't know if it would help at all but reading some of it has helped me realize that I'm not alone. :) http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10058170/depression-and-weight-loss

Yeah that show was terrifying. I happened upon it on accident also. (another show that complete freaks me out is that one where people don't realize they're pregnant and then they just randomly have a child. like how?!?!)

Don't fast or try to make up for it or it may lead to a cycle of binging and starving IMO. Forgive yourself. We're all human and this stuff is hard! I once ate a bag of chocolate pretzels that were 2000+ calories for breakfast when I first started losing weight! Start again tomorrow and stick to your goal. Remember how bad…
-
Yikes. I would increase your calories. What are your stats? You prob don't need to jump your calories down that drastically in order to start losing weight. *hugs*

A chocolate bar and a half from trader joes. Ate it through out the day on Sunday. Not something I usually do but since it fit into the day, I kinda of made an exception that day :)

Wow I personally would think I was drinking a lot if I was drinking seven drinks a week! But I also only drink like three drinks a month.
-
@ObsidianMist I hope you feel better soon! I'm not yet caught up on all 14 pages of this thread as I came to it late however I'm around page five and I do plan on reading it all sometime as some of the suggestions on here are amazing. It's great to have people honestly sharing their struggles. I thought I would just add…
-
Doesn't mean we can't work on our problems though. Although you don't seem to think your drinking is a problem.

Thanks for the responses @ObsidianMist and @moyer566. I decided to clean the entire house and exercise while I had energy so now I feel productive. So that's a nice bonus feeling! (I haven't done much productivity in about a month)

I have a question for everyone (I hope this is an okay place to post it since it's about depression? Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this. Feel free to ignore this. ) I've been feeling better late last night/today. It's almost scarier when I start to feel the depression lift a little because I'm scared it's…

The other day I ate 600 calories worth of chocolate. Totally worth it. I just fit it into the weekly plan and it was no biggie :)

Working out is easier

"It would be cool to know the number of drinks it took to black out tho. Perhaps an experiment is called for" ^^^I find this concerning.

I don't care what he eats as long as he doesn't tell me what to eat or not eat. And as long as he doesn't make some stupid joke about my food allergies cause I've heard them all at this point.
-
Depression is kicking my butt today.
-
Same. I had a roommate in college who drank so much that she blacked out a lot but we're not in college anymore so she doesn't do that anymore. Binge drinking doesn't really help life go smoothly in the real world IMO.

It's true. If the OP's diary is actually correct then my heart hurts for him because that's very eating disordered.
-
I didn't even notice that until you mentioned it!
-
I would've told my ten year old self to tell someone before it was too late
-
This is majorly important. My biggest problem I've had when I was eating too little calories was all mental. Like it messed with my head until I realized that I could totally eat more and still lose (And then maintain) my weight.
-
I question my maintaining weight tbh. But other people question it also.
-
Thanks everyone for your help! I've been trying to relax before I sleep and also set up a sleep routine. I'm also trying to give myself suggested dream content as was mentioned on this thread. I think it might have worked last night. I'm also getting help for my PTSD which I think is actually the reason the nightmares came…

Sure.

I play that game a lot.
