Oh gosh withdrawing from meds - esp suddenly is horrible! That def can explain what happened. When I had to get off lamictal (I got the dreaded lamictal rash that's life threatening!) I thought I was dying. I'm glad you're feeling better!

Once I maintained for four weeks in a row even though I was doing everything right and then the next week I dropped three pounds. Sometimes it takes a little while to get momentum going.
