Wow I'm glad someone else likes to play games too. It sounds like you're doing great. I'm going to search for water Zumba I know it would help with my knees. Happy Friday

Yes I heard the peanut butter works great. I hate mice too! I hope you listen to your body, I have had sparatic back pain with spasms. It hurts so bad I don't want to move. Plus now I'm dealing with knee pain. You must have a high threshold for pain. Even if you do take care of yourself please!

Wow you are doing great on your exercise. I used to mix it up too. I like outdoors and indoors too. Weather hasn't been good so outdoors isn't a good option now. I hope you enjoy your Valentines dinner. I think your plan regarding this is good.

You are getting there. I'm glad you're going home. It's hard when you have to travel.

I think you're doing great. I know what you mean about chocolate being everywhere. I love sweets and I haven't had any since December. It's a struggle everyday. I've not been hungry on my plan. In fact I was eating under my goal last month. I'm getting closer this month. I'm cheering for you!!!

Hello I haven't done a lot today, my left knee is getting worse. It's really cold and damp here. Took my two dogs for a walk and limped on the way back. I haven't been exercising and I really need too. The apple cider and honey has helped. My right knee doesn't bother me now. I wasn't sure about the taste but it's not so…

Jillian and Jessica thank you. I really like the support I get here too. We all need someone to cheer us on.

Yes it is, keep at it and don't give up

Good advice " total determination" I need to remember this. I'm also a perfectionist and this isn't the time. I will eat over calories at times or won't work out as planned but so far I've kept going. I think you need to treat yourself like you treat others, kindness and encouragement. CMR3399 I hope you keep going to the…

I like your quotes too. Keep up the good work. I have also been told to eat more veggies and fruit. I have found I love those little cutie oranges. Easy to peal and so good. I also like cantaloupe, honey dew and watermelon. Can't wait for spring!!!!

Hi went to group for grief. The best part was seven of us went to lunch afterwards. I picked good food from menu, and did fine on my calories. It was nice to be around people who get what you're going through. Plus we laughed and talked. All in all a good day. Bad weather day in Kentucky again. It's brutally cold. It…

You know back when I was younger, I would eat a meal once a day. So I thought I could eat whatever I wanted. Ice cream has always been a weekends, so I would go and get a Blizzard. You can't use that mentality as you get older. It isn't as easy to lose weight. I've been following you, and from reading your posts. I know…

Well we had sleet then some flurries so didn't make Zumba. Tried my new concoction the natural apple cider and honey. It didn't taste as bad as I feared. I hope it helps. I'll probably be able to tell tomorrow. Well not much going on today. I hope all of you had a great Monday!

I've been trying to do mine daily. There are no rules. It's your journal, the only reason I try daily is I read other journals that way I can cheer them on and sometimes I learn new things. I also like the accountability. I'm glad you're here and hope we can help.

Thanks Angie. Watching the super bowel, I know my grandson will ask so I decided to do so. My late husband liked Peyton Manning so I'm watching for him too. Tomorrow I will attempt Zumba again. This time I may need to keep it a little more low impact than I did last week. Well total steps for past week was 44,637. Supposed…

For just starting out 5 lbs. sounds really great. A lot of us are second time around, myself included. I find keeping the journal helps me plus the comments helps too.

Wow did you check out your arms. That is such a difference I hope you're smiling from ear to ear. Even your face is slimmer. You are definitely doing something right.

Wow doing great

Oops I hate my chubby fingers. I meant I'm learning a lot by reading them.

I have really liked the motivational journal. It really helps. Believe it or not you can do it with diet alone. My first month I didn't do exercise nutricianist wanted to get logging food down pat first. Lost 7.3 lbs. I have bad knees so I'm having problems with exercise but I keep trying. B)

My nutricianist told me she put a pull-up bar in the doorway to the kitchen. Every time she went to the refrigerator she had to attempt a pull-up. I know if I tried I'd probably hang there too, my arms are really weak. You are also an inspiration, coming back from a brain injury couldn't be easy. Keep up the great work.…

She looked at %'s on MFP and compared to the program she has me on. The %'s did match. Although the last time she did encourage me to eat Greek yogurt. I may need to talk to her next appointment. Sometimes this is very confusing.
