Yes I know you burn while you sleep, but it should not be factored into exercise on MFP for the day or logged as 800 calories burned.
-
Calories in vs. calories out. 2k calories consumed by me and 2k calories consumed by you is the exact same. 500 calories burned by me is the same as 500 calories burned by you. Calories in vs. calories out.
-
It's basic calories in vs. calories out. That's what weight loss is.
-
Basic calories in vs. calories out buddy.

A fitbit doesn't have a heart beat monitor. So there's no way it can accurately tell how many you burn. When I use my fitbit, I wake up every morning with it saying I've already burned 800 calories..? That's absurd. The only time I've burned 3k calories in a day is when I biked for 3.5 hours in blistering heat with my…

Don't go low carb. You're going to tear down your energy.
-
Probably 8k-9k
-
Get those carbs up and keep that fat low. You aren't eating enough too, get to 2k calories a day and burn off 500 of it. Better results.
-
Eat around 2k calories a day and burn off 500 of it. You'll see results.
-
Keep your fat low and get your carbs up, eat 2k calories a day and burn off 500 of it daily. That's the key to success.
-
I didn't think paleolithic people had food delivered to their door. Much less I don't even think they had doors. Cmon now.
-
Rice, bread, bananas, corn, potatoes, sugar, and legumes. That's about as cheap and as carbed up as you can be.
-
Please continue high carb, why eat fat to lose fat? It's absurd. Keep sticking to your carb load because you'll need the energy throughout the day no matter what you're doing to get it done.
-
Don't cut calories man. Eat 2k a day and exercise some off, don't want any metabolic damage. I experienced it and it sucks. I eat 3k calories a day and burn off 1k a day.
-
You're going to have metabolic damage if you continue this. Eat 1800 calories a day and exercise and burn 500 a day for your size
-
I'm natty vegan bruh
-
Or get a heart rate monitor, WAHOO Tickr, and sync it with your phone for the only way to accurately track your calories burned
-
Bread, rice, broccoli

There's just no way you're burning that much a day. When I cycle for 2 hours I only burn 1800 calories, and I go hard. Fitbit lies and it would be better to get a heart rate monitor to sync with your phone to really track how many calories you burn, that's the only accurate way to do so. Eat 2000 calories a day, keep fat…

Eat anything that isn't meat! It's not hard to gain weight on a vegetarian diet, I follow one! Just hit 3000-3500 calories a day and you'll be gaining before you know it.
-
Fruits, vegetables, grains, starches. Just make sure you're exercising enough (I try to get an hour of biking in every day) and to keep your saturated/trans fat low. Check out my log if you want.
-
Oh, so let's use your logic and say that eating meat is a personal choice, even though it comes at the expense of others. Well there are people out there that like to murder other people. But if we use your logic, we can say that's it's a personal choice to murder those people even thought it came at the expense of others…

Nah, sociopath is fine. "A disregard for the rights of others"
-
Yeah, that's what I eat usually. I'm 152 lbs and do not have a risk of diabetes. Those kinds of carbs are good for you.
-
Please educate me then about your mass knowledge of chickens.
-
I mean what else do you expect when there are a billion animals that get slaughtered each week? The people eating meat advertising the death of sentient beings.
-
Eating meat is not a personal choice because it comes at the expense of others.
-
That's a sociopath way of thinking
-
Woops! Guess I fat-fingered that one!
