Fortunately for me I dig my coffee black.. but I realize now how lazy I've been about alcohol for a while now. Had a loss in the family last year and that tends to be the first place I go to take the edge off. I'm trying to cut it out for now.

Working two jobs, going to school, eating whatever the kitchen made for the staff at the restaurant where I worked and drinking the rest of my calories in beer right before bed…

I just started a supplement that has probiotics/calcium/fiber & vitamin D together. Most of which I know I need. We'll find out with time if it makes a difference or not. Willing to give it a shot... my family has diverticulosis. Would really like to take care of my own guts before they rebel on me, too.

I'm 36 with two little kids and a stressful desk job and 2 hours of commuting each day. Really want to drop 50 lbs. My first goal is 15 though... that'll get me out of the 200's. I haven't ever been this heavy, even when I was pregnant. I'm kicking myself that I didn't notice it sooner.

36 here, would LOVE to be down 50 lbs. After years of trying, I'm starting to think it's not possible. I really need someone to kick me in the butt.
