Well my fiber is coming in under. I don't know if it's because I have cut out a lot of breads and the like. I eat steel cut oats most mornings and some days sweet potatoes...

lol Chunky_pinup... I was thinking the same thing. I will be cooking up a plate of singledom... Maybe have pizza as I haven't had pizza in weeks although it will depend if i'm back on my feet to exercise that day for the extra calories. Carbs are too awesome lol

I love roasted sweet potatoes. Cut them up into chunks, toss with spices and a little bit of oil and bake till soft.

Well the difference for me is that diets deprive u of what u crave causing a crash. making healthier eating choices including a small portion of what u crave is a lifestyle change i like the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time eat healthy and 20% have that cookie or fancy coffee in moderation. now weight loss is not as fast this…

I despise needles lol I tried acupuncture 2 times for other issues and that was pushing myself outside my comfort zone lol this morning the spasms have stopped. i do feel like I've been repeatedly punched in the back but i can move a little better.

well the other chiro that i go to when needed uses the tens to loosen muscles. then she works the muscles before adjusting. im.usually there 45min.

i made a dr apt for tonight. This sucks. I didn't overdue sundays workout. did my warm up then strength training and cardio. i did stretch after. yesterday my arms were a bit sore (biceps etc) this morning nothing was bugging me and boom spasms... feels like I've been kicked in the back lol

I have osteoarthritis in my knees as of age 34 so I will have to check out that link. I want to run but it does bother my knees. I was told by the PT to wait on running until I build more muscle strength. I also have tennis elbow which makes things hard. So which supplements do you take?
