I struggle with a few things including. ADD and depression. Working out regularly really helps! And part of my deleted thought was I don't do videos. I use an interval timer or apps. ;)

Not the most effective. You will end up skinny fat. I'm assuming your jogging at a steady state.

I've been a fan of intermittent fasting for awhile generally I aim for 17 hours fasting. Eating between noon and 7pm.

No. Don't run 30 minutes a day. Do sprints and lift heavy :)

I often make up my own using an interval timer. I do like the Nike Training App. Not everything is HIIIT so look and I change a few things to what I need but I like how I listen with my headphones. I don't need to watch anything.

I'm assuming steady state cardio? Depends entirely on your goals as mentioned.

I did a class at my local REC. It was fun, but not a workout. I never felt pushed at all. I won't go back.

Very much the same. I have no weight "goals" I don't diet. I workout ... Because it helps my add and depression. I do want to gain strength in get back to my previous fit self. I'm tracking my macros to make sure I'm getting what I need for the best results. I need to more consistent. :)
