There are numerous things in grocery stores here that are "100 calorie" snacks which even display "100 calories" on the package. Look at nutrition labels when buying soups or whatever and only eat 400 calories of it? I just don't see how being in another country would make tracking calories any different.

It's a supplement company.

Yes I would count it. I forget where it was but there was a Q n A where a guy was like "im eating oranges but still gaining weight" the dude asks how many and he responds "20" not sure if that was the exact number but yea... The only thing I don't count are green leafy or non starchy vegs.

If you want you could add some water to it before reheating. In my experience nothing really can help it too much aside from what the person above said reheat it in the over or skillet.

Usually opt for MTS whey protein doesn't matter which flavor. Hands down has been the best tasting protein to me and I trust MTS nutritions. Works really well in other application likes cooking. Also had a coupon for myprotein and got an 11lb bag for like $40 and that has been decent. On a side note funny how someone asks…

As someone who has gone vegan and vegetarian not for ethical reasons but just to try it out to see how I liked it. I really noticed no difference between that and eating meat. Back to eating meat now. About the bacon thing I eat bacon just about every morning. Opting to choose lower fat options to fit bacon into my diet.…

Guessing 2 years? @ OP Good job!

And everyone else who stated pizza. Aside from it being calorie dense it actually has good protein in it. Always will be my go to cheat meal while building my body.

It really doesn't cost that much money for you to have nutritional facts on your food in a restaurant. The guidelines for them aren't as strict as packaged food in a super market. You could easily get this from raw ingredients. Working in the restaurant industry you see it all the time, portions vary from cook to cook. A…

If you dislike the 0% fat you could always try it with fat. The one I tried had like 3g of fat per little cup and it made a huge difference in flavor. If anything you could always just mix it in with your protein shake, cook with it, etc..

Most the studies I've read the improved health benefits are inline with anyone who is overweight and lost weight. Put it plain and simple you get healthier losing weight. I've stated these 2 examples before but Kansas State Nutrition Professor Dr. Mark Haub (link here:…

When I first started fasting my eating habits were pretty bad. I ate till I felt full. Fasting helped with that where if I timed my meals near the end of the day, I would get that full feeling. I do not do fasting anymore cause personally I hated it. Aside from that there are no real benefits of fasting and if they are its…

Just enjoy your day and eat whatever you want. One day isn't going to ruin your diet completely.

Get some 40 calorie bread, I personally prefer aldi's fit and active bread(very high in fiber). Cut up a slice or two into little cubes put in the oven @ 350 degree's F and bake for like 20 minutes or until its hard like a crouton. Don't add oil or anything else.

I absolutely hate the quest style protein bars. Don't care if you microwave them or what, just the way they chew... Reminds me of how now and laters are. The quest peanut butter cups are pretty good. They have a weird taste to them but I find them more bearable. Optimum Nutrition cake bites also and the power crunch…

See that's true if you've been working out for a while already.. If you are a completely new to lifting you will still experience the "newbie gains" while losing weight. I have personally experienced this when I first started lifting/weight loss journey years ago. You can also ask the majority of people who start lifting…

As others said nutrition should be first but I see nothing wrong with using supplements even if they are minimally beneficial or cause a placebo. Just know they aren't some weight loss magic, I look at them as a quality of life thing. Always get the "waste of money" and if you are living on nickles and dimes, yea spend…

Speaking as a former employee of cheddars. We usually sprayed the chicken with oil also so you might have to ask them not to do that if you wanna cut some corners. The tortilla we used for it is HUGE and the chicken size is usually 1 chicken breast. I can't remember the tortilla size but you could ask them. Could easily…

Quoting this cause how relevant the statements are. @OP Ask any competitive bodybuilder if its healthy. Most will tell you no. You diet down to an unhealthy bodyfat% which in the post above stated plays a huge role on you mentally and physically. Now if you have a passion for it or just want to do it for fun by all means…

How long are you waiting for the weight to drop after a stand still? A trainer is usually a person who is just going to train you while nutrition is your responsibility. Checked out your food log and it doesn't seem like you're very consistent with tracking. If you hit a standstill for say a few weeks then I would lower…

Use a mandoline slicer or just cut potatoes extra thin. Spray some non stick spray on a plate lay em out single layer and microwave. I can't give specific times since all microwaves differ mine takes like 4 mins, generally when they start to turn brown they are ready. Weigh the sliced potato raw. Potato chips without a…

Protein is protein so it doesn't really matter. Choose what you prefer.

I got you but you really wont ever be in a stand still due to preworkout. You don't NEED a preworkout however it's a supplement I buy on the regular. Thing with youtube is there are people who just try to sell you stuff. On the other hand people do take preworkouts so if you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone as in not needing…

The pre-workout you bought doesn't contain any of the dangerous stimulants(or ingredients) and isn't ridiculously dosed on caffiene. Take it as directed but what I usually do is take it right before I step in the gym. As others said you could just buy caffiene pills or drink coffee. I still prefer a preworkout, could call…

You'll have to experiment and see how things work for you specifically on this subject. People's advice may help but it will vary person to person. Try doing some protein shake with some oats blended together should digest quick. When I tried intermittent fasting at first I had those same feels when I worked out,…

As long as these types of outings weren't habitual I wouldn't worry about it and just enjoy life. In the grand scheme of things a day lets say once a month or twice a month isn't going to ruin your diet. If you do worry about it tho sonic has diet slushes which is something you could drink while he eats if you just want to…

Cause people don't know that shrimp are actually insects.

You'll get alot of "waste of money" replies but if it helped you reach your goals even if the effects are placebo(not saying they are) or if its minimally beneficial, it still helped. Especially when the said supplement isn't harmful to your health in any way. Lets be real we all waste money on things we don't essentially…

Don't trust what the treadmill says or what this site tells you. What I would do is purchase a heart rate monitor possibly with a calorie tracker built in(will cost more). However you can buy a cheap one that doesn't track your calories.. you'll just have to do math to figure out how many you've burnt. Do a little googlefu…
