Steps: 2/19 13,706 2/20 6,594 (Rain...rain....rain....) 2/21 13,174 Two NSVs: Walked a mile at just under 11 minutes (10:56) Ran 2.6 miles at an average pace of 10:08 -- This was outside, not totally flat. This is definitely the fastest for that distance in a really long time (if not ever). My fast mile was at a 9:56!
