I'm Trina. 54 and 5'4". I am would love to reach my ultimate goal and maintenance in these 100 days. But am mostly wanting to be mindful, healthy and accountable. Chemo treatments will run through the beginning of February, so movement and healthy eating, and lots of water will be important goals as well. Good luck…

Haven't checked in with you all in a while. I got a bit off track over the holidays with 5 weeks of guests and not logging or being super careful. But I think I'm back on it now. Steps 1/23 10,092 -- Not up to my goal, but I worked hard for these steps! It was raining all day. Managed to put in time on the elliptical, but it was feeling truly deadly. I just finished my last chemo infusion yesterday. That means in about 10-12 days I should be past all the chemo symptoms...except the bald part :D :D Radiation is scheduled to start pronto. Last chemo day was yesterday!!! And the after effects should be gone in 10 days!! I'll start immediately into radiation treatments at 12 days, which will gloriously finish the day before my 17 year old's spring break!! This used to happen to me all the time. I would feel great while exercising and angry/depressed/miserable afterwards. Sometimes if I skipped the caffeine it would be slightly better....For me I think it had to do with hormones being off and maybe blood sugar processing being off as I was veering towards being pre-diabetic…
