I'm not sure what he meant because as soon as I put him in his place. He says that thats not how he meant it but never clarified to what he meant exactly. And I know what you mean by what our preferences are. However I'm his wife not a candidate for a girlfriend. If he accepted me being 170 with the soft curves and now…

Thanks... I think women that bodybuild look :o so good. IMO. For now physique, but the possibilities are endless. I'm really interested in it. Since I was 12, I gained and lost weight. But always have been overweight until now. Sadly, I'm obese. I don't want to live this lifestyle. I've always believed my inner critic and…

When this happens I'll recalculate my goals to maintenance. Sometimes it happens there is nothing wrong with that. Usually I'll still be under maintenance and still at a weight loss. So when you have one of those days. Do it.

Are you serious? That is an awesome pace. You want it to take its time. We don't put on our weight overnight so don't expect it to disappear that fast. Its a lifestyle change and you need to get that to click in your mind otherwise you may find yourself back in this same spot later on in life. Also, GREAT JOB on the loss!…

I think you should self educate, before trying to insult people who suffer from it. Please visit: www.thyroid.org/hypothyroidism/ As a hypothyroid patient, I do not blame my thyroid for my current obesity. I blame my eating habits and past depression. I'm learning to love all of me including my condition and learning how…

i chose it like most people do, in regards to the BMI chart. The lowest weight I remember myself as is 170. I currently weigh 246.2. My goal weight is 140. I may or may not readjust once Im there and Im alright with that. There is no end goal for me per say because I want this to be a lifestyle for myself.

Everyone, thank you so much on your feedbacks. I am MORE confused than before LOL.. No I'm kidding. I wish I could find someone local that isnt a bank breaker because yes a person, in person would be much easier. However, now that I have had some feedback, I think I could use the help. I hear that what I am doing is too…

I have to say that I agree with Jennifer. I just started myself but like you, I want this to be a REAL lifestyle change not just lose X amount of weight. I want to find what I love in exercise and love doing it. Try setting a non-scale goal and something that is measurable (ex. push ups, run X miles or X mins). Your weight…
