Today was a good day minus the fact that I had to leave the gym early. So I barely got over my daily step goal of 8k steps. I ended up with 9242 steps. I stayed under my calorie goal and have also been trying to increase my water intake. That is still a work in progress. All in all I am pleased with how today went.

I’ve been doing real good to stay under my daily calorie goal. Ending the day with 15,745 steps. Well, I spent the day yesterday grazing through the house. I started logging but quit cause I knew I was way over my calories. So far I’ve done much better today. Hopefully it continues that way.

Well, eating 1200 calories a day and walking an insane amount of steps caught up with me today. I ended up with 1837 calories for that day. :s With my added activity points, I’m still considered under my total daily calories but I’m actually over if you don’t count those. Tomorrow is a new day!
