I'm weird and like plain greek yogurt. I mix 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean original with it. 244 calories and ~20 g of protein!

I went to two stores to find the right pajamas for my mutt. He also has a treat jar wrapped under the tree full of treats (he's pretty new to the family so I didn't have one and wanted to get one anyway...) and he has a couple of toys wrapped up in his stocking.

Day 7 of 12 ✔️ It’s been a real eye opener looking at my weekly total from last week. It usually doesn’t mean much to me since I don’t log regularly on the weekends. Guess this is why I’m not losing weight :/

Day 4 of 12 ✔️ 1850 calories. Said I would actually be up 2 pounds if “every day were like today” in 12 weeks. Well. That’s discouraging... ETA that is SUPER discouraging but I also need to remind myself that everyday is NOT like today and I only drink 2-3 (at most) days a week which is where these calories are coming from!

There is currently a "double chocolate butter braid" (whatever that is) in the break room that I'm not touching.

I use the app "Plant Nanny" and log only water (no other liquids) with it. Mostly because it's fun, but I can see how it would be helpful if you have trouble drinking enough water.

I did it! Day 1 of 12 in the books :) MFP says “if every day were like today...” I’d be down 5.5 pounds in 5 weeks. That would be amazing but I won’t hold my breath!
