@kenziestabes I keep a jar of mixed nuts on my desk for those situations. Welcome! For me, it all starts with logging what I eat. the community is inspirational, but accountability starts with the food diary. Then I'd say, wander the discussion boards until you find your "home!" there are lots of lovely people here eager to help each other out.

Seconding the meal-prepping! I don't have it down like @goal06082021 does, but I do make myself overnight oatmeal for breakfast and some sort of salad or soup for lunch. I make 5 days worth on Sunday, so I don't have to worry about my workweek. It makes it SO MUCH easier to be ready.
