Dopethrone was actually the first album of theirs I heard. Initially I wasn't thrilled, but a friend of mine use to listen to Barbarian on repeat and I ended up really digging it.

That's kind of brilliant, IMO. Not gonna lie. Anyway...I taught myself to induce lucid dreams, and I've been attempting to astral project for a few months now. I've come to the point where I have left my body and immediately got so excited that it jolted me back in, but I have yet to actually astral travel.

Great album. Though I do think I prefer Far Beyond Driven, if not only for Good Friends and a Bottle of Pills. Something about that song just really does me in.

I'm sure it's on the net by now. I think I'll see if I can find it tomorrow and have a listen. They actually played five minutes from me a few months back, and unfortunately I was out of the country. They are such a great live band! I'd honestly see them again just for Adam. He cracks me up!

Have you checked out Killswitch's new album yet? I've only heard their latest single, but the reviews are great. As talented as Howard is, I'm excited that the band has brought Jesse back.

Do you have a favorite band? I like listening to subtle intricacies, too. That's one thing that really gets me about certain metal bands and songs. You can listen to the same thing over and over and still hear something you didn't catch the last time.
