Same here!! I eat a banana and take a potassium supplement and I still don't get anywhere near my potassium goal. I stay on the whole 30 meal plan so I pretty much eat veggies all day ... I don't k ow what else to do

I also cannot stand it when words are used incorrectly. My big pet peeve at the gym is people walking around the indoor track while reading a book. Why would you do this? Watch where you are going!

She sounds awesome! Don't eat 4 pieces of cheesecake. Eat the yummy food she makes you but she will understand if you don't stuff yourself and Hit the gym harder.
