I realized that I didn't eat anything greek, so I took it for the team!

I just practiced the dance for 10 minutes.

I exercised for 85 minutes, commented on peoples things, and stuffed some spinach in my mouth after dinner.

I think it's also important to have non-weight goals to work towards. I'm working on running for thirty minutes without stopping. Right now I can run for one minute and walk for two. Okay day one done. I'm a little surprised that my legs hurt so much! This should be a good challenge for me.

So I didn't eat pizza and I did eat fruits and veggies. I feel satisfied with this realistic yet challenging goal. I've got a great workout planned for tomorrow and I'm excited to do my first weigh in after a full week on MFP.

Ugh! I did not control my diet today. I made one bad choice after another. I did work out though, so that's something.

It's not petty at all! I had all my kids at a very young age. Now I'm 34 and weigh more than I did when I was 9 months pregnant! It's startling to put out in that context.

Greek yogurt with a little nutella. Make a parfait, or fruit dip. That's my go to. I think the trick is to give yourself some grace. Don't deny yourself totally. I would eat more food throughout the day so you're not starving when you get there. I wouldn't have a problem seeming rude (although I don't think it's rude to not eat a lot). My issue would be will power and self discipline, so, if it were me, I'd try to show up without feeling starved.
