One more, yesterday (Saturday) my family wanted to get some kebab rolls for dinner, they asked me if I wanted one before they left but I denied while cooking up some salmon with broccoli and brussel sprouts. When they came back they still brought me one, but I didn't eat it B)

The same, but I usually don't eat that late anymore anyways.

Man, you gotta tell that damn gym owner to install some toilets.

Everyone knows you don't need to exercise at all to lose weight. Diet is the most important thing, but running for a while and generally just being more active WILL help. I'm not sure what you mean by cardio, but if it's the heart rate zones it will mostly just increase your endurance, but lower the intensity and you will…

I smell very little when sweating. I don't sweat a lot unless I run fast for long. I'm definitely not one of those guys who'll have it pouring down their forehead.

If you're not weighing your food you might be eating a lot more than you think. Your body doesn't have unlimited source of energy wether you're 50 kg or 200 kg. If it can't get enough calories from your food intake it will take from your fat reservers and that means you will lose weight (but if you lift a lot for muscle…

I suppose you mean Galaxy S5? Yes both of them does. Galaxy S5 runs Android OS which is supported (probably not on very old releases).

I think I'm gonna end up buying the Blaze although I'm disappointed that Fitbit still haven't introduced ANT+ to their watches. But since I only run on a treadmill and play soccer like once a week the integrated HRM works fine which I do love on the Surge. Yeah $100 is insane for a small band. Gonna look for alternatives…

What I have heard and read is that because if you suddenly start to restrict your calories a lot your body might go into starvation mode and therefore adding more could make you burn more. But I'm not a nutritionist nor have I read any scientific studies on this so it might just be broscience.

What is your metabolic rate?

I usually drink some casein protein shake before going to bed if I haven't eaten enough calories, mainly proteins.

You might be right. Didn't really get a lot of info so I assume the logging is correct.

That isn't much at all. I myself keep it at 1500. It could be water retention. But I've heard about people (on YT) who ate a low amount of calories and had a plateau. They fixed it by adding more calories. Try adding 100-200 calories and see if it helps. The reason is that if your body suddenly goes from a lot of calories…

How many calories do you eat per day? Also check out http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bmr_calculator.htm Obviously very general calculation, but gives some kind of an indication.

Yesterday (Saturday, AM now) I only ate food with many calories. Honestly I felt really hungry the whole day since I didn't eat a lot to stay within 1500 calories, but now I'm happy I avoided eating more.

Sup! Congratulations on your progress. I practically have the same goal as you. I was at 180 at a point myself, but really got serious on counting calories last week. I'm at 172 at the moment and aiming for about 145 within the summer. Good luck on the last 10 pounds!
