There is the squat challenge, arms challenge and dumb Bell challenge plus the amazing race activities. I am just figuring it out myself, points for your team for meeting other goals (like calories) and encouraging your team members along the way.

Mason jar update - Today dug half of the 9 grain cereal out, under it was fresh mango chunks, blueberries, and almonds, poured half a cup of hot almond milk on, let it sit 15 minutes while getting ready for work, delicious, still too much, flushed the rest.
