Read it a lot.... ppl told that too....but since few days I REALIZED IT......whenever i felt hungry... i drank water and gave myself 10 minutes time.... Woah thats amazing... im unable to do it as i have severe body pains and weakness... have my exams in 2 weeks... if i try doing it.. i get too tired and sleep..... so now need to study... But looking at ur results...i want my exams to end soon...thats on august 7th

This blog seems to be to motivate myself... aftery flu... i increased weight from 73 kgs to 79... So i started keto now with a little exercise...its been 10 days on keto and ive become 75.5 from 79..... thats 174 lbs to 166.4lbs... Something like 8 lbs in 10days... its k... im happy Waiting for my birthday hope to get back…

Im back to my keto and a little exercise.... my body was weak since 2 months as my Vit D was very low...so ive taken 2 shots of vit D...i feel way much better now .....Increased a 0.4 pound i guess......will be showing a downward trend from next week.....FINGERS CROSSED CW 166.4

Wish i could ever be strict... atleast for 10 days.... anyways u could try this cumin water... i followed it for a month and trust me....there was a drastic difference... I soaked a tablespoon of cumin in the night in a glass of water Boil the same mixture for 3 minutes in the morning..strain out the cumin... shd be warm…
