I will share pics daily with an accountability buddy as a way to share "yes, I did my protein shake this am." Or share a "sweaty pic" after a work out to say, "yes, I got my workout in" but not to boost my own morale.

Try a beachbody program. You're at home with the kids all day, you just need 30 minutes of your time to work out. Or youtube fitness programs.

I work 12 hour shifts sometimes more. I have tried getting up early to workout and I feel great but if Im working a few 12 hour shifts in a row, I find myself lacking sleep and I can't function. When I was struggling in my pole fitness class. My belly fat hung over my shorts and I was unable to lift my weight to climb.

Clean eating by hiding candy, chocolates and chips.. drink a glass of water if cravings start. Chew my gum if cravings persist. Eat only pre prepped food. Complete a full workout session. Keep going and push through the whole dvd. Do a quick round of core exercises and practice a few pole conditionings. Just for today. . .

I'm in!! I like my Tequila on my weekends off but it leads to more frequent drinking. Count me in and my goal is to just refrain from buying alcohol. Period. No drinking for August.

I know what you mean. To be honest Im pretty sure those before and after photos are taken in a longer period of time than what they claim.
