Post a pic so we can see what you mean, otherwise it's hard to say. Overall I prefer to be lean so even when bulking I try to lean bulk. Also what are your macros, workout and calories?

Flys are good for isolating the pecs as they're a single joint movement so you can also do more volume. Look up Jeff Nippard on YouTube. Lots of good videos on best exercises for body parts
-
Ok, you can keep a look out for passing ships

Start at 500 cal deficit. If you're losing more than 2lbs a week consistently then go back to 350. You just need one day rest between muscle groups. Key thing is be consistent in diet and workouts
-
Rocky?
-
Aesthetic meaning lower body fat? Just cut cals to stay in a deficit. You need more volume and frequency to build muscle so either bro splits or ppl can work depending on how you set it up
-
Funny AND inappropriate? Which one first?
-
Umm ok

1700 seems a bit low, 500 calorie deficit is a max I think. As long as you get at least 0.8g per lb bodyweight your muscle will be fine. You just need to keep a consistent calorie deficit. Add cardio if it helps

Do more flys, upto 15 reps, you'll feel it.
-
No?

It's the temperature regulation effect, both feet in means you feel hot, outside too cold! Also half my face covered but not my mouth so I can breathe 😁
-
No Have you ever been too afraid to take a 💩 cuz it would make too much noise?
-
I tried 90% Lindt and it was so bitter! My mouth just have up lol, couldn't taste anything
-
Yep, all the extras are only going to give you a marginal improvement. Creatine gives the most benefit , and like with bcaas you only need to supplement if you're not eating enough through diet.
-
Agreed with ^. I usually have a cup of tea as a little pick up but I don't need it to get to the gym. If you use a pre you'll start to depend on it. Next thing you know you'll be a snorting a line of your desk lol
-
Yeah I have to have a full pyjama suit on then have one foot out of the duvet for temperature regulation

Do whatever works for you. As long as you maintain a calorie deficit consistently over a period of time you WILL lose weight. A healthy loss rate is max 2lbs per week, but this will vary as you go on and you may go up, down or stay the same also. So, you don't even have to get on the bike if you can just eat fewer…

If she can cook, yes. Otherwise we're dead lol

18 so I could get max gains and be hooj 💪🏼

Don't focus too much on your weight, take regular measurements and pics. Eat and workout as consistently as you can and you will see results! Good luck

Weight loss will occur as long as you're in a calorie deficit. You can run, lift, swim, walk, whatever. But there are other benefits to weight training such as increased strength, muscle development and bone density. These are all important for good physical health as you age. You won't get big and muscly, even if you lift…

I wear Gym Shark and I don't feel self conscious cuz I'm too busy ogling myself in the mirror, I can't help it if I make it look good
-
If you're able to be good for 4-6 weeks at a time I would say this is fine. As long it's not effecting your ability to meet your goals, whether it's maintaining or losing, it doesn't matter that much. I stopped tracking last year and I'm now able to cut, bulk and maintain intuitively. I know when I'm overeating some days…

I'm the same, so I also do flys, machine flys really help me feel the pump, don't go heavy though need to build up slowly
-
You don't need 164g protein. Unless you're doing power lifting or bodybuilding? 100g protein is more than enough and try to spread it out over your meals. To lose weight you just need to make sure you're in a calorie deficit, that's all. Exercise and diet will keep you healthy and full of energy, simple!
