Massive congrats on shredding the 100lbs that's a great achievement. I've gone from 250 to 180 at the minute and the last 15lbs aren't really going anywhere but slight adjustments seem to be helping it along its way.

People don't wipe down gym equipment and you stick to it when you use it.

Great you've decided to come back and make a go of it. I had the same problem when I was in my early teens, weighed 17 stone at 13 and it was affecting my health badly. Now I am 12 stone and healthier than ever. Use your health as your motivation, and you wil do it like I did and so many others on here. Best of luck to you…

Running is great, I used it and still do for boxing conditioning. It made me lose weight, really adds to your legs if you are pushing it or adding weight. I have lost 20Lbs since January counting calories, it definitely works as long as you pay attention to it. And you will lose weight but I would say a couple months for a noticeable difference.

Weight yourself first thing in the morning, before everything, plus don't weight yourself after a binge or cheat day for a few days at least because of water weight. I usually weight myself every two weeks. Because weighing yourself everyday in my opinion demotivates you because you see the progress slowly.

That's probably the best transformation I've ever seen, congrats bro. Massive congrats.

Always weights first you burn most of your glycogen stores, so doing cardio after will burn more fat than the other way around.

All of the above but I would also add Sadness by Lisa Gerrard, the theme to Man On Fire. She is an angel of a woman.
