This!!! I was going to suggest using a “sister size” bra but @MaltedTea beat me to it! <3 :) And thanks to this chart I now know how many equivalent cc’s my breasts are and it’s a lot more than I ever guessed. I have dense breast tissue and even having a child, breastfeeding for 2 years and going from obese to normal bmi…

I got chest pains after the first vaccine (Moderna) my pectoralis major muscles were super sore! The pain would migrate from the side I got the vaccine on to the other side, then to the middle of my chest then back to the first side again on and off for 48 hours. It kept me up at night but I didn’t want to take any pain…

About 21 years ago an undercooked burger from Nations made me so sick I seriously thought I was gonna die and leave my young child motherless. I couldn’t even keep down the slightest sip of water for days on end and I didn’t have insurance. I finally went to the county clinic and they gave me some meds but it still took me…

Pressure and heaviness are something that need further explanation for sure, don’t give up until you find out what’s going on. Might be a TMI post but I thought I’d share some more pelvic issues I’ve been through in case it helps anyone. I also suffered from heaviness and pressure in the tailbone area and uterus but it was…

Right now it’s Mexican fried ice cream… yum! But a close second is mango pie <3 it’s been awhile since I’ve made a mango pie, maybe it’s time to get cookin’! :p

Just my own experience, it may or may not apply to your situation… after I gave birth to my child I had stress incontinence but it didn’t really affect my quality of life until I started running for exercise a few years ago. Turns out I actually have a strong pelvic floor overall but my urethra didn’t fully recover after I…

I’ve personally never made this cake because it’s not really one of my faves but I don’t think it’s wrong to make any substitutes you like. I think gluten-free flour would be absolutely delish but I’m a little worried about the non-dairy milks because the ones I’ve tried are usually not as thick and creamy as dairy milk,…

Amazing and very inspiring! I like your tan in the after pic, it really suits you! :)

Not really “from” Mexico but I did live there for 8 years when I was younger, from the ages of 12-20. In a desert town (technically a city though) not many people have heard of with mountains and cactus and not much else there. It was an interesting experience but I always knew I didn’t want to stay living in Mexico long…

I recently discovered Oreo Thins. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to original oreos as long as they continue to make these, I like the extra crunchiness of the thinner cookie. And the lemon thins are absolutely delightful!

I lived a completely sedentary lifestyle when I started and I began with the only exercise I could do: walking. I could barely make it around one block and I was completely out of breath when I did but I kept at it and eventually went a bit further then a bit further then a bit further. My cardio improved and I was able to…

There’s lots of hills where I live and I just love being out there hiking and trail running!

Congrats, that is super impressive!

Do you carry a bag/purse on one shoulder more than the other? This can also cause one shoulder to look different from another due to using muscles on one side more often.

Thanks! :) I found my body confidence late in life but better late than never B)

I think arm size has a lot to do with genetics but when I was obese my arms were definitely thicker. I lost 43 lbs over 10 months and my arms slimmed down but they were one of the last places I lost fat from. They also slimmed down when I did my version of “mini bulks and mini cuts” which are cycles when I gained 5-10…

That looks delicious!

When I first started exercising I began from a 100% sedentary lifestyle. When I would workout heavily I felt like what you are describing. The best way I can explain it was that it felt like a low grade fever and lasted throughout the night, even though I took a cool shower, was well rested and ate and drank plenty after…

Thanks! :)

I think my arms are kinda like that but I it’s probably just due to genetics though. Gonna post some photos to compare… when I was obese my arms were definitely thicker. I lost 43 lbs over 10 months and my arms slimmed down but they were one of the last places I lost fat from. When I was younger and before I was obese I…

My guess was going to be that maybe the calf raises caused you some Achilles tendinitis which can make walking diffucult but I’m so glad you went to your doctor, rhabdo can be very serious! Take it easy and hope you heal up soon :)
