I bought a new work belt yesterday as 'reward' for hitting a mini-weight loss goal... and now have to return it for a smaller size when I tried it on at home with suit pants on this morning!

Got up at 4:45am this morning to go to my bootcamp DESPITE me having taken the day off of work! I knew I was spending the weekend at my family's which usually involves lots of eating! Also, packed workout clothes to make sure I at least get a walk in each morning this weekend!

I have a morning snack and a between lunch and dinner snack built into my day. I took my calorie allotment for the day and broke it down into calories allotted for Breakfast, Snack 1, Lunch, Snack 2, Dinner. Then I know based off of where my calories fall above/below the standard for each meal/snack how to adjust the rest…

Finished my bootcamp's "Fit" competition with my final weigh in yesterday. Dropped 1.5 in body fat! AND, today, TWO DIFFERENT people commented on my weight loss. I might not see it in the mirror but apparently they do! (edited because I cannot spell!)

At my 60-minute bootcamp this morning, I watched two 'skinny/fit' girls struggle and complain at how hard the workout was. I'm not saying it was easy, and I breezed through it, but I certainly held my own and didn't look/feel as miserable as they did!

I work 10 hours a day at a desk job. I have (what my co-workers call) my 'snack drawer' that is full of healthy snacks like turkey jerky, some granola bars, some protein bars, nuts, etc. I try and only buy things that come pre-packaged; like a won't buy a giant bag of trail mix or nuts because I would just sit there and…

I just had my first "10lb pedicure" last week! I laid out a few things I have 'wanted' for a while that I haven't wanted to spend the money on. First 'mini-goal' is 'one'derland, which will be a 32lb total loss and I have been saving to buy a new suit for work and have it tailored.

Honestly, I have been doing Camp Gladiator for over a year and I feel like each session I get the one on one attention of a personal trainer but at a great cost and have made a bunch of like minded fitness friends who keep me accountable and coming back! My primary trainer is very focused on giving individual attention to…

I believe your profile says you are from La Porte, Texas? You should look into Camp Gladiator if there are camps nearby and convenient to you. It is an outdoor bootcamp like program that (if you commit for 6 months) is $79/month for UNLIMITED camps. They have an offshoot in Orlando where I am and the trainers are…

I have the FitBit Blaze and I really like it: Something That's decently accurate I feel it is rather accurate, and it adjusts its stride length as you use GPS during walking/running exercises. Counts steps while I'm pushing a stroller Never done it, so cannot comment Looks cute - or not too bulky Square watch face with…
