@ShaunnaCullen I totally understand your frustration! Been there too. But it does get better. Are you drinking enough water (un-caloric fluids)? I tend to hold water really bad. So just curious.

@bjkorovka This was exactly what I needed to read today. I am horrible about this. Anytime I eat anything not on my 'approved list of foods' I feel like a failure. It is a mindset. I need balance and to not think of food as the enemy. Thanks for your wisdom.

@kimny72 thank you....I was thinking the same. Because I come from being sitting at a desk all day for work then going home to veg to now walking 2 to 3 miles a day. That is a heck of a lot more action than I have done in the last few years.

I love the Quest chips and the Quest Chocolate Chip cookie! Also, you can warm the bars just a tad and soften them up. SUPER GOOD THAT WAY. I also love RSP Whole Bars- Double Chocolate. I like Nick's Turkey sticks too. Full of protein.

I understand. At all stages of life we need support. Even if you have a large support system it never hurts to have another person in your corner. So what is your thoughts on diet? Are you simply cutting back, counting calories, doing low carb? @SunnyBabyyy
