I so agree with you. I was above 600 pounds for 2 years. I recently started to be serious about losing weight and finally got under 600 (655 highest/590 currently) and I never want to see a 6 in my weight again. Next goal will be 575.

If you find that you're to sore to do the others day, try to modify what you do, until you can do it all. I'm a really big guy so I have to slowly work my way up to any cardio. i'm glad you're trying to be healthier, but remember its a long process. Make sure you don't do too much too fast and hurt yourself.
