Hi, can you check what the side effects of your migraine meds if you took any? I know ibuprofin can cause bloating if I take it consistently. I have heard of others getting bloated from it too.

I dont think you can "tone" much of anything with those 6lb dumbells. In order to get stronger you have to progressively lift heavy *for you*. That "toned" look you want is muscle. But can you tell me where they get the 84 calories? Why not just take them all away? MFP gave me 600 for the 80 minutes on the bike, so if I divide the two activities did I really only get 600 calories?

Awe :/ you sound very sad OP? Its going to be fine cheer up. How about you open your diary so we can see how you log everyday? Do you have any other fitness goals besides losing those pounds? I find that when I focus on being fitter and relax about losing the weight loss happens in time.

Not sure if this will help but I have a really good toaster oven for getting that crunch on my fries. I use it for everything and almost never use my big oven for a single serving of food.

Think of it as not being your food. If its not yours and you know the rules and dont have permission to eat it, dont touch it. I have measuring cups that are labeled 1cup but one will only hold 238 ml of water vs 240 ml of water, what gives?

If I eat the meatballs with marinara sauce and vegatables I'm satisfied. When I eat the spaghetti and meatballs I'm hungry an hour later? Oh and I weigh my meatballs to get them even, lol! This always happens with pasta and I cant understand why. So Ive stopped having pasta for now.

Whats the min time frame to see results for a female client begining strength training, while eating at a deficit? Carries most of her fat in her belly. 6 months, a year 2 years? Or is it all in your genetics?
