I'm not really a busy mom but yoga and work out DVDs aren't very effective when my son is trying to climb on me the entire time so on nice days we'll go outside and play soccer. Look into anterior pelvic tilt maybe? Sometimes the pooch isn't belly fat. My belly even at 93lbs was never completely flat. After doing digging about why my lower back hurts too bad when I try to plank I learned its from that. Just a thought!

I put in little to no exercise which is pretty true in these cold months. I think maybe the problem is I'm in a healthy weight range just on the higher end of it and I'd like to be on the lower end of it. I don't know if that makes sense but it's the only thing I can figure

Well I know what I'm doing now (eating over 1,400) is causing weight gain. Increased appetite thanks to birth control. So I suppose I'll go by what you guys have been telling me and see what happens. I was 93lbs prior to my son (no I didn't have an eating disorder) so this is all new to me!

This is pretty much what I've gotten with every calculator! Am I doing something wrong? I don't know my body fat % or anything like that so I do the simple age/height/weight/activity level

I took it to my parents for them to eat and my son to have a little when we visit. Keeps us from snacking on it everyday

Zumba! You can do classes or get videos for at home. The one I had burned a little over 600 in an hour

I'm sure it counts as some water but I've read it moves through the body too quickly to really absorb the water. Same thing as if you drink water too quickly.
