Yesterday was (again) not the most nutritionally sound day but still came in under count...today will be crazy too as I'll be prepping for bf getting home today after yesterday's hip replacement surgery (1 day in hospital...crazy, huh?!).

Not the best day nutritionally, but was way below cal. goal. I've been busy prepping for b/f's surgery tomorrow & I really had to push to get enough calories to avoid that rude (but correct) MFP close-out pop-up that chastises you for being below minimum acceptable calories...hopefully I'll get more fruit & veg in tomorrow

As of this morning I've hit my 1st mini goal which was to break into the 240's...I'm at 248.8! That's 3 pounds away from the weight that I was in Jan 2013, just before I had an emotional melt-down that I soothed by binging till numb. The next goal is under 245...

Spent today & probably tomorrow moving furniture around & cleaning! :( B/f's having hip replacement surgery on Tues. So he's going to need furniture-free pathways for the dreaded walker when he comes home!

You can add me, I'm 53. For me carrying an extra ~100 pounds or so combined with my "mid-life" (if I live to 106!), woman/body issue stuff can really lead to tough days. Genuinely supportive people can make a big difference!
