I was just looking at the spread sheet and we have lost 1,066.8 lbs so far!

I've been slacking a little with the ZCuts, but I did #5 last night. I completed it in 19m 57s, those burpees really slow me down!

The K-Mc formula is your BMR...the absolute minimum you should consume. 1551 is what you should be consuming, but never less than 1303.

Same here. Happy rest day!

Well Friday and yesterday I had a bag of peanut M&Ms. I went with the peanut because peanuts are healthy right? RIGHT!?!! So not worth it when at the end of the day you could have had something much more satisfying and delicious but cant afford the extra 250 calories that the M&Ms took up. :grumble:

I love when people use the correct term. Um, you're suggesting she drop to 1000 cal/day?:noway: If you've been doing the same routine since December, it might be a good time to change things up a bit (and I don't mean restricting your calories). Try some short HIIT routines. I recommend the old Bodyrock videos,…

Google is your friend. :flowerforyou: Just type in "low glycemic food list."

I HATE that you got that Rent song in my head now, but congrats on the great progress!

Ok. So I just did #03. It was supposed to be a 10-min AMRAP, but I only got 1.5 rounds in so I finished the second round up. 2 rounds = 14m 45s. Oh and grats on your loss!

On the bright side, the ZCuts seem to work at lightning speed! I did 30 Day Shred in January and only lost a couple of pounds and a few inches. On Sunday (my first rest day from doing 2-ZCuts), I wore a t-shirt around the house and my hubby was like "Wow! I can really see you getting smaller!" I can sort of feel it when…

Nice job! I did #1 on Friday & #2 on Saturday. The first day I was out of shape and took muuuch longer than you, but for #2 I was actually keeping up with Zuzana through most of the workout until... ...the knee highs to planks... ...let me know how you do tomorrow! [Insert evil laugh here]:laugh::devil: ETA: I'll…

So I've been sick for a few days, but I didn't want to be left out of the 'graduation'. 27/30 days is still an 'A' right? Although I may still do one more day tomorrow. Well congratulations to all who have made it this far. :flowerforyou: :drinker:

I was sick last night and I was contemplating not working out, but then "be strong than your excuses" popped into my head. I went ahead and did it and finished just before midnight. After all I only had the sniffles. :blushing:

Gilad's Quick Fit system is a little dated, but I love it because you don't do the same thing everyday and it's very easy on the knees. I also just bought Zcut Power Cardio Series which has 12 different routines that are rotated for 90 days.

I think I'd pass out of hunger if I followed that plan!

I thought I was going to plow through all 30 days non-stop, but I didn't have time to do D24 because my hubby started uni again and was feeling overwhelmed. I had to take time to calm him down and help him sort everything out. But on D25 I noticed I was able to jump higher and lunge deeper than I had been before, so it was…

Cool! I plan on doing the same, but I'll be a couple of weeks behind since I don't start 'till Feb. I'll keep an eye on your blog!

Good job!

This is what I do. Last time I stepped on a scale was in December when I visited my Dr. I measure once a week and I think that's a bit much as well.:noway: I think once a month should be sufficient.
