I love being able to still cook meals for my family. The feature allowing me to create my own recipes and then divide them into servings is super helpful!

This is my boy Flash. He will be 6 months old on the 26 :) he's a dachshund chihuahua mix and is the sweetest boy. He likes to drag sticks inside the house and gets incredibly insulted when I drag them back out. He makes me smile when skies are grey. I love that crazy boy.

Hi Sophie. How much weight are you looking to lose? Protein is absolutely KEY to losing weight. Grilled/baked protein, whole grain and a vegetable is a very typical meal for those trying to lose! Water is important, especially since you are exercising. Go on Pinterest and search healthy meals! There are so many ideas :)…

Superficial things, unfortunately. Wearing clothes I can't fit into and too self conscious to wear. My cruise next year is a huge motivation. Being healthy enough to have a baby is probably number one for me, though. :)
