I had to fight for years with that stereotype of my daughter even though she…

I pretty much abandoned my diet over the weekend, but am back on track today! Back to work means back to sitting for 8 hours/day, but my goal is to add in some time on the treadmill in the evening to try balancing it out.

This is the awesomest challenge I've seen! Totally in! Starting Weight is 205, so heading to 198 for the first book...what a great excuse to re-read the series also!

I always toast it in butter or oil with onions and garlic, maybe some peppers before adding broth and seasoning for the liquid (however much liquid the package calls for, cook it covered). I find I really have to add a lot of flavor for it to come through after it's cooked. It also tastes much better as leftovers.

I've never tried Jack in the Box even though I pass it twice everyday. Also never tried Sonic, the parking lot confuses me lol

Oops, I forgot to post my stats! As of Tuesday I was 208.1 and by year end my goal is 195. So far this week my goals are on track

I just got back on the wagon as well. Watching what I eat over the holidays makes the food taste better because I'm not mindlessly stuffing it in my face!

Hi there! I'm in the same boat, lost 25 pounds, lost focus and gained back 35 :( I'm going on a trip to visit family I haven't seen in a while in July so hopefully that'll help with the motivation!
