The last few days I've been done in with snacking later at night than I should, but I've able to stick with 14/10. Tonight I'll watch the clock closer and hopefully be back to 16/8 tomorrow!

Hi! Currently at 200, looking to get under 150 then go from there. I'm trying to increase veggies and cut back on junk food so any suggestions for that is always welcome. Also looking for more people to share this journey with, the more the merrier!

I drink them for breakfast when I'm running late or out of yogurt and cereal. Slim fast Cappuccino tastes pretty good and keeps me satisfied for a few hours (I'm not a big breakfast eater though.) I definitely would end up binging if I tried to have 2 a day!

Another apple here :( I tend to hold onto belly fat even when I lose weight, as far as I can tell I'm just stuck with a belly so I'll just keep on exercising and watching what I eat and try to make the best of it...feel free to add me if you want more apple support!

I'm in the boat with a LOT of weight to lose. I lost 10 pounds quite a while ago and kept it off, but stalled out. I'm super motivated to get back on track to lose the other 70 or so pounds and the more company the better since I'm terrible about being accountable to myself and no one else!
