If I recall correctly (mine is in school, so it's been awhile since the multiple night wakings), frequent feedings like this happen during a growth spurt. If that's what it is, ride it out; it won't last forever! :) If this has been ongoing, is there a chance that it's not breastmilk that Baby needs, but comfort? I…

We all have to start somewhere, and, well, I'm starting anew after fracturing my toes. Consider this a cautionary tale of why one shouldn't race down the stairs to get a snack!

GAP and Old Navy used to be wonderful ego boosts for me. I haven't thought about vanity sizing in awhile, though. I keep track of my measurements, and use those instead of focusing on the supposed size labels.

Pretty much this. I also want to mention that I did WW awhile back, and it didn't do very much for me because I wasn't motivated to stick with the program. MFP has worked much better for me, and I am learning to eat better since I have a breakdown of nutritional goals for each day.

Junk food doesn't fill me up, though, so I wonder if it really would be cheaper for people like me since we would need to eat more.

My partner isn't unsupportive, but oblivious about these sorts of things. He'll worry that I'm not eating enough if he doesn't see me eating. I have never had disordered eating, so there isn't a basis for this. I also eat enough - sometimes a little bit more than I should, although that's been getting better since I've…

Are you able to run for short distances? Maybe you could bring them to the local high school and make a game of sprinting to one line on the football field (everybody can tell how frequently I watch sports! hahaha), then walk back. Sprint to the second line, and then walk back. The football field at my local high school is…

I worked out first thing in the morning, so that's a checkmark for the first item! Everything else seems to be falling into place so far, too. o:)

A friend who is a vegan once had fun showing me all the junk food that was vegan, so being so definitely doesn't ensure weight loss. For me, personally, breads and pastas make me gain weight. Eliminating those always made me drop a lot of pounds.

Tempeh! I have to get ready to start my day so I can't find the original recipe I used and liked, but this ones sounds close (warning for swearing: http://www.thugkitchen.com/summer_tempeh_sammie). Are you doing a lot of weight training? I've read that's the only time that getting enough plant-based protein is a challenge.
