For what it's worth, I noticed the other day that the calories listed on the web site did NOT match the calories that my Wendy's listed on their menu. Everything I checked was listed at a higher calorie count at the restaurant menu than the online menu claimed. Some items by as much as 50+ more.

My tipping method: Take the total of the bill, move the decimal one spot to the left, double that number, and there's your tip (AKA 20%). Example: The bill is $27.50. Move the decimal to make it $2.75. Double that, which is $5.50. Tip $5.50 (more if they were really good, less if they were horrific).

Before exercise. I tell MFP I am sedentary and that I don't plan to exercise. I also don't log my exercise, as I don't plan to eat it back. At least not yet. Maybe as I work up to more strenuous exercise.

Typically between 150 and 200 a day under my goal of 1660. Sometimes less. Sometimes more.

That was perhaps misleading? I like to weigh daily, HOWEVER the issues I'm having in the past week presumably from introducing exercise it making it frustrating. I did have a high-sodium meal on Sunday. But not right before the initial gain. I haven't had alcohol in over a month. I am 2 weeks post-period, and I started blood pressure medication at about the same time I started counting again (so a month ago). I tried it for the first time recently. Mint chip is my favorite. Chocolate chip cookie dough was my least favorite; whatever artificial thing they put in the cookie dough left an awful aftertaste "burn" in my throat. I let it sit out and get really soft, and I find it satisfying. But I was not much of an ice cream eater…

I have personally only seen him eat it at one buffet restaurant. They are cubed but not dry like they were roasted. They almost remind me of stewed/baked apples, with sort of a syrupy sauce on them. So I'm assuming baked? Not sure, though.

FAVORITE? .... Peanut Butter M&Ms and Cadbury Creme Eggs. But I have been keeping Hershey kisses and Rolos in the house for when I just want a little "something".

Went to the grocery store after work and was so hungry (classic mistake). Managed not to buy ALL THE THINGS. Came home and portioned out and logged a snack. Not so hangry anymore!

I know this is old, but I just wanted to say that I once watched an episode of one of those "survivor" type shows... they had the contestants treading water while holding something over their heads and were trying to bribe them into giving up. Two girls tapped out for a gigantic plate of oreos and a jar of peanut butter.

I want to like oatmeal. I don't know why. I just feel like I SHOULD. But no matter how delectable it sounds with all its add-ins or how wonderful its cinnamon/maple/sugared/salty smell tickles my nose buds.... It still tastes like lumpy wallpaper paste.

Some places (usually dentist offices) will do a candy buyback after Halloween where they will pay kids for their unwanted candy. I think they send the candy to troops overseas. My office did it our first year open.

My mom came into town and dropped homemade cupcakes off at my work. (Bless her sweet self... To be fair, she didn't know I'm exercising restraint.) I brought one home for my son but left the rest at work and didn't touch one! And my mom makes the BEST cakes and cupcakes, for real.
